How to do it
1 – Go to the “Settings” menu
Inside the Settings menu, go to the “Payments” section.
Enable the “Request invoice before payment” option.
Click Save.
2- Go to the “Accounting” menu
Select the desired dates in the date filter and click on the corresponding tab (Digital Distribution, Digital Mechanicals, Physical).
After the data loads, click the “Generate Reports” button and confirm the requested information. Click “Export”.
The information will then be sent to the Payments section, creating a line for each payment for each rights holder.
The rights holders will receive an invoice request via email.
(IMPORTANT: To receive the emails, rights holders must have emails registered in the system! Just register them in each rights holder’s profile)
3- Receive invoices from your clients
After receiving invoices from your clients via email, you will be able to make the payments. We recommend attaching them to your payments and keeping them on file.
Done! Now you can make payments and keep track of your invoices.
