How to read video information on the Dashboard

How to Do It

To access information about “Videos” via the dashboard, locate the item in the left column to open your dashboard.

Note that we have two items in this “Videos” section of the dashboard:

• Without splits – Videos that do not have contract percentages registered
• Without recordings – Videos that do not have associated recording music (backstage, among others)

1) To enter splits in “Without Splits” Videos

Click on “No splits” to see all the videos where you need to register the contract percentages (splits).

The list of all “no splits” videos will appear as shown below; click on the cover of each video.

 

Click on “rights” and enter the splits according to the contract between the label and the artist. Repeat the process until all pending video splits are cleared.

2) To enter splits in “Without Music” Videos

Click on “Without Music” in the video dashboard.

The list of all “without music” videos will appear as shown below. Click on the cover of each video and enter the splits as described above in section 1.
