How to read product information on the Dashboard

How to do it

When you access Smart Manager, you will be directed to the home screen, the Dashboard, which contains a summary of each section of the registered catalog.

1) Products

In the Products section, you will see at the top the total number of products registered in the system. Below, the items that need attention are highlighted in red until all corrections are made.

02 – Product Dashboard

• (1) WITHOUT SPLITS: Products registered in the system that do not yet have owner information and contract percentages configured.

To access these products, simply click on the highlighted number and choose a product from the list to start the correction.

This list can also be accessed in the “Products” section by searching for the command “NOT:OWNERS.”

03 – Accessing the without splits via search command.

 

The list of all “without splits” products registered will appear as shown below. Click on the cover of the desired product.

04 – Listing of products without splits

Click on “rights” and fill in the splits as established in the contract between the label and the artist for the different types of rights. If the percentages are the same for different rights, you can use the “copy from” button to speed up the entry of values. See here for instructions.

05 – Filling in the splits

Continuing with the product items on the Dashboard (figure 1):

• (2) NOT RELEASED: Products that have not yet been released
• (3) EXPLICIT LYRICS: Products that contain lyrics with explicit content
• (4) SPLIT ISSUES: Products that need corrections in the % of owners. Ensure that the sum of the percentages of all owners equals 100%.

If there is any count greater than zero in any of these items, you can click to check and make the necessary adjustments.
