How to read owner’s information on the dashboard

How it’s done

When you log in to your account in the system, you automatically enter the “Dashboard” page, this page has a summary of the data information of the entire “Catalog” side menu listed below:

• Works
• Recordings
• Products
• Channels
• Videos
• Owners (Click this one)

To access “Owners” information through the dashboard, locate the item in the central horizontal columns, click on the red items on the right side.

Notice that we have three items in this “Owners” section on the dashboard:

• Non-Pseudonymous – Owners who only use their civil name and do not use a stage name;
• No CAE – Owners who do not have the author and publisher code;
• No Association – Owners who are not registered with a PRO;

1 ) Click on “No Pseudonym” and the owners who do not have a stage name will be shown.

2) Click on “No CAE” and the owners who do not have that Author/Editor Code will be shown.

3) Click on “No Association”, and owners who are not registered with a PRO will be shown.

With this information, you will be able to talk to these holders to create an artistic name, edit their works to generate the CAE, and associate them with a class entity (for free) to start receiving their public performance rights (ECAD) through the available PROs in their country.
