How to query rights owner’s information

How it’s done

1) Go to the “Owners” tab

In the left side menu, click on the “Owners” tab within the Catalog section.

In the right-hand corner, you will find an indicator of the number of owners present in the catalog.

Search bar

At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar to make it easier to search for owners within the catalog. Enter all or part of the name and the system will list the related owners below.

To apply filter to the list of owners , simply type the following commands in the search bar:

• Use the “NOT:PSEUDONIMO” command to list owners who do not have pseudonymous information.
• Use the “NOT:CAE” command to list owners who do not have a CAE code informed in the registration.
• Use the “NOT:ASSOCIACAO” command to list holders who are not registered with a PRO.

2) Select an owner

To find out more information about an owner, simply select one from the list by clicking on it. When you click, you will see the owner’s information such as personal information, contact, address, payment information, and identifiers. In addition, you will find the tabs for more information on works, recordings, products, videos, channels, payments, contracts and rights related to that owner.
