How It’s Done
1) Access the tab “Recordings”
In the left side menu, click on the “Recordings” tab within the Catalog section.

In the right-hand corner, you will find an indicator of the number of recordings present in the catalog. It indicates the number of recordings in the catalog.
Search Bar
At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar to make it easier to search for recordings within the catalog. Enter all or part of the name and the system will list the related recordings below.

To apply filters to the recordings list, simply type the following commands in the search bar:
- Use the “NOT:OWNERS” command to list recordings that do not have owner information in the split fields.
- Use the “NOT:ISRC” command to list recordings that do not have information from the registered ISRC.
- Use the “HAS:WORKS” command to list recordings that have works registered.
- Use the “NOT:WORKS” command to list recordings that do not have works registered.
- Use the “HAS:PREVIEW_URL” command to list recordings that have master files attached.
Icons
In the list of recordings you will see a summary of the registration that includes the ISWC, ECAD Code, Holders and the following icons:
- Right Owners (1): Indicates the number of right owners in the recording
- Works (2):Indicates that there is a related work in the database
- Master / Preview (3): Indicates that the recording has a master/preview file attached
2) Select a recording
To find out more information about a recording, simply select one from the list by clicking on it. When you click, you will see the metadata information of the recording and also the tabs for more information such as Rights, Products, and Related Works.
