How it’s done
1 – Consult work information
First, go to the “Works” tab within the “Catalog” section to select a work. Then select or search for the name of the work in the search field, and click on it to open more information,
01- Go to the “Works” tab in the “Catalog” section
2 – Click on the “Recordings” tab
In the work information, click on “Recordings” and click on the “Add” button.
02 – Open the “Recordings” section
3 – Select the correct recording
The system will automatically list the recording suggestions available for this work. If none appear, type the name of the work in the field indicated to search. Click on the correct recording to associate it with the work.
03- Select the corresponding recording
4 – Confirm the inclusion of the recording associated with the work
Click on the check box to confirm the match.
04 – Confirm the recording correspondence
5 – Repeat the operation for all related recordings
Repeat the action for all recordings related to this work. A recording icon will appear next to the work title indicating that the work has associated recordings. The number in front of the “recordings” section will indicate the number of associated recordings.
05 – Repeat the action for all related phonograms
