How it’s done
1) Go to the “Owners” menu
On the dashboard, click on the “Owners“(1) tab in the “Catalog” section. Click on the actions button in the lower right corner and select the “Add” option(2).
2) Fill in the information
In the dialog window, fill in the owner’s information:
- Person: Select whether the owner is an individual or a legal entity (corporate)
- Foreigner: Activate this option if the owner is not Brazilian
- Full Name: Enter the owner’s full name
- Date of Birth: Enter the owner’s date of birth
- Pseudonym: Enter the owner’s pseudonym or stage name
- Tax ID: Enter the owner’s CPF if brazilian or the appropriate tax ID if not brazilian
- Contacts: Enter the owner’s information
- Phone
- Personal info: Enter the owner’s personal data
- Nationality
- Marital status
- Occupation
- Address: Enter the owner’s full address
- Street name
- County
- City
- State
- Country
- Zip code
- Finances: Enter the owner’s bank payment information (USA)
- Bank Name
- Routing Number
- Account Number
- Account type
- Zelle
- Identifiers: Enter the owner’s identifier codes
- Collection society
- CAE
- Ecad Code
- Internal Code
After entering all the information, confirm the registration by clicking on the “Add” button.
Done! The registration of the owner in the Smart Manager DOES NOT replace or waive with the registration in the collection associations linked to ECAD.
