How to import videos in bulk using YouTube IDs

How it’s done

Video IDs are automatically imported into the system when you upload your distributor’s sales report. Always upload the most recent sales report.

However, if you are distributed by The Orchard and/or Believe Digital, video IDs are not included in your reports.

To migrate videos using their IDs in the system, if your distributor does not include this in their sales report, you need to request an Excel spreadsheet from your distributor with the four essential video details from YouTube for accurate sales processing.

Step 1

Create the Excel spreadsheet as shown in the image below, and send it to your distributor to fill in with the 4 essential details: Video Name, Video ID, Video ISRC, and Video UPC.

Step 2

Once you receive the completed spreadsheet, enter the system, click on the “Videos” menu.

Step 3

Click on the menu below on the left side.

Step 4

Click import.

Step 5

Choose the Excel file with the information sent by your distributor containing the four essential YouTube details.

Step 6

With the Excel file in CSV loaded – Click import.

Done, all your videos published on YouTube will be loaded automatically.
