2) Select settings and the file to import
When clicking the “Import” button, a window will appear with the options:
- Report type: which must be indicated by your collector,
- File: where you will select your digital mechanical sales report
- Report month: If the importer does not auto-fill the report month or you want to date it with another month, use this option
- Add to name: If you have more than one report for the same month, use the “Add to name” field to differentiate the names of the imported files.
- Notify all: a checkbox so that all users in your company are notified when the report import finishes.

02- Import digital mechanical sales report
The file will be sent to the report import queue in our cloud and the report import process will be displayed in the “Processes” section of the main menu until it finishes.

When the import finishes, you will receive an email informing you of the import result and, if successful, a summary of it, as shown in the following image.

Now you can analyze the information contained in the imported report through charts and analyses that indicate the performance of your works in stores, countries, artists who recorded those works, and much more.

Done! Now you can view month-by-month charts and better understand how you earn more money within digital mechanicals.
