How it’s done
1) Access the “Channels” tab
In the left side menu, click on the “Channels” tab (1) within the Catalog section.
Use the search bar to find and view the content you want to export.
To apply filter to the channel list, simply type the following commands in the search bar:
- Use the “NOT:OWNERS” command to list channels that do not have owner information in the split fields.
Click the actions button in the bottom left corner and select the “Export” option.
2) Select the type of report you want to export
When clicking on the “Export” option, a window will appear for you to choose the type of information to export.
- Channels: Exports channel metadata
- Ownership: Exports information about channel owners
Select the desired option in the report type and click “Ok” to confirm. Then press the black “Export” button to download the file.
The exported spreadsheet has the following information:
- Channels(CSV):

- channel_id
- channel_title
- url
- join_date
- avatar_url
- username
- video_count
- view_count
- subscriber_count
- owners
- pro_owners
- licensing_owners
- Owners (CSV):
- _id
- channel_id
- channel_title
