How to read information from videos on the dashboard

How it’s done

When you log in to your account in the system, you automatically enter the “Dashboard” page, this page has a summary of the data information of the entire “Catalog” side menu listed below:

• Works
• Recordings
• Products
• Channels
• Videos (the topic highlighted here)
• Holders

To access “Videos” information via dashboard, locate the item in the central horizontal columns, click on the items to open the information.

Notice that we have two items in this “Videos” section on the dashboard:

• Without splits – Videos that have not been registered with splits
• Without sound recordings – Videos that don’t have synchronized audio

Step 1 

Click on “No splits” to find all the videos you need to register the splits.

Step 2

The list of all “no Splits” videos will appear as shown in the screen below, click on the video cover of each video.

Step 3

Click on “rights” and input the splits according to the contract between label and artist. Repeat this until you’ve completed all the video splits.

Step 4

Click on “Without sound recordings”.

Step 5

The list of all the “Without sound recordings” videos will appear as shown below. Click on the cover of each video and input the splits as stated above in the “Without Splits”.
