How to export video metadata

How it’s done

1) Go to the “Videos” tab

On the left side menu, click on the “Videos” tab within the Catalog section. Use the search bar to make it easier to search for videos within the catalog. Enter all or part of the name and the system will list the related videos below. Click on the actions button in the bottom left corner and select the “Export” option.

2) Select the type of report you want to export

When you click on the “Export” option, a window will pop up for you to choose the file type to be chosen. You can select the “Videos (CSV)” or “Ownership (CSV)” options in the report type and click “Ok” to confirm. Then press the black “Export” button to download the file.

The exported spreadsheet has the following information:

• Videos (CSV):
  • _id
  • channel_id
  • channel_title
  • video_id
  • title
  • upc
  • isrc
  • owners
  • pro_owners
  • licensing_owners

• Holders (CSV) :
  • _id
  • channel_id
  • channel_title
  • video_id
  • title
