How to register a work manually

How to do it

1) Access the “Works” menu

On the dashboard, click on the “Works” tab (1) in the “Catalog” section. Click on the actions button in the bottom right corner and select the “Register” option (2).

2) Fill in the information

In the dialog window, fill in the work information:

• Title: Enter the original title of the work
• ISWC: Enter the ISWC code of the work
• ECAD Code: Enter the ECAD code for the work
• Internal Code: Enter the internal code of the work, if applicable
• Instrumental: Activate for compositions without lyrics
• Explicit Lyrics: Activate for compositions with explicit content in the lyrics
• Creation Date: Enter the date of composition
• Lyrics: Enter the lyrics of the work

After entering all the information, confirm the registration by clicking on the “Register” button.

Done! Registering the work in Smart Manager does not replace or dispense with registration with the collecting associations.
