How to read work information on the Dashboard

How to do it

When accessing Smart Manager, you will be directed to the home screen, the Dashboard, which contains a summary of each section of the registered catalog.

1) Works

In the Works section, you will see at the top the total number of works registered in the platform.
In the line below, the items that require attention are highlighted in red until all corrections are made.

• (1)WITHOUT SPLITS: Projects registered in the platform that do not yet have information on owners and splits set up.

To access these projects, simply click on the highlighted number and choose a project from the list to start the correction.

This list can also be accessed in the “Works” section, by searching for the command “NOT:OWNERS” in the search field.

• (2) WITHOUT ISWC: Works registered in the platform that do not yet have ISWC information. The ISWC of a work is generated automatically when all the owners of the work register with a society and have a CAE code.

To access these works, simply click on the highlighted number and choose a work from the list to start the correction.

This list can also be accessed in the “Works” section, by searching for the command “NOT:ISWC” in the search field

Use the NOT:ISWC command to list the works that need information

• Works in Products: Works that are part of a product registered on Smart Manager
• Works with recordings: Works that are part of a phonogram registered in the system. To learn how to relate works to phonograms, click here.
• Instrumental works: Instrumental works
• (3) PROBLEMS WITH SPLITS: Works that need corrections in the % of the owners. Check if the sum of the percentages of all the owners results in 100%.
