How to export your catalog to BackOffice Music Services

How to do it

Enter the “Works” section and click on the actions button in the lower right corner of the screen to find the “Export BO” button and wait a few seconds for the file to be generated and you can download it directly.

The exported spreadsheet contains the following information: ISRC, ARTIST, WORK, AUTHOR and % AUTHOR’S PARTICIPATION (Split). With this information, you can go to the BO portal and import the file with all the information. See below a small excerpt from an exported spreadsheet.

It is important to note that this data export only exports information from works that have a recording associated with them. Otherwise, the work will not appear in the spreadsheet, requiring you to first import or register the existing recordings and then correctly associate them with the works automatically or manually.
