How to do it
1) Access the “Works” tab
In the left-hand side menu, click on the “Works” tab (1) within the Catalog section.
Use the search bar to facilitate the search for works within the catalog. Type the full name or part of the name and the system will list the related works below.
To apply filters to the list of works, simply type the following commands in the search bar:
- Use the command “NOT:OWNERS” to list works that do not have owner information in the split fields.
- Use the command “NOT:ISWC” to list works that do not have registered ISWC information.
- Use the command “HAS:LYRICS” to list works that have registered lyrics.
- Use the command “HAS:FONOGRAMAS” to list works that have related recordings.
Click on the actions button in the lower left corner and select the “Export” option (2).
2) Select the type of report you want to export
When you click on the “Export” option, a window will appear for you to choose the file type. You can select the option to export the metadata of the works in CSV, or the ownership information.
- Works: Exports the metadata of the works displayed in the search
- Ownerships: Exports information on the owners and splits of the works displayed in the search
The exported spreadsheet contains the following information:
- Works (CSV):

- instrumental
- data_de_criacao
- custom_id
- owners
- pro_owners
- licensing_owners
- Ownerships (CSV)
