How to do it
1) Go to the “Videos” tab and select a video
In the left-hand side menu, click on the “Videos” tab (1) within the Catalog section.
Use the search bar to locate the desired video and click on it to open more information.
2) Open the action menu to view sales
In the information window of the selected video, click the square button in the upper right corner to open an “action menu” (1).
Select the option “View sales” (2).
3) Select the period and type of view
Select the “Start” (1) and “End” (2) periods for which you want to export a sales report. If you do not select an end period, the system will consider the date of the last information contained in the reports.
Select the type of information you want to view:
- Sales: Information on the collection of the asset
- Distribution: Information on the distribution of amounts among the holders
Click on the actions button in the lower right corner and select “Export” (3) to download a spreadsheet with the information viewed.
4) Select the type of report you want to export
In the dialog window, select the spreadsheet type as chosen in the previous screen and press the “Export” button to download your spreadsheet.
The exported spreadsheet contains the following information:
