How to do it
1) Access the “Digital Mechanicals” tab and select a period.
In the left-hand side menu, click on the “Digital Mechanicals” tab (1) within the Revenue section.
Select the “Start” (2) and “End” (3) periods for which you want to export a sales report. If you do not select an end period, the system will consider the date of the last information contained in the reports.
Select the type of information you want to view:
- Sales: Information on the collection of the asset
- Distribution: Information on the distribution of amounts among the holders
Click on the actions button in the lower right corner and select “Export” (4) to download a spreadsheet with the information displayed.

In the dialog window, select the spreadsheet type as chosen on the previous screen and press the “Export” button to download your spreadsheet.
The exported spreadsheet contains the following information:
