How to download your digital distribution report from CdBaby

How to do it

1) Log in to your distributor

Access the CdBaby administrative panel with your credentials.

2) Access the “Sales and Accounting” section

First, you must enter the “Sales and Accounting” section within the “Sales and Reports” menu group.

3) Download Report

In the left side menu, in the “Downloads” section, choose the “Monthly Sales Reports” option and indicate the desired month in the “Digital Distribution Sales” report. Click “Download” to download the file.

That’s it! Now you can import your sales report and then process it to generate the payroll.

Attention: Do not open this file in Excel and save it, as it may corrupt some information such as the UPC. See more details here.
